The North County Educational Purchasing Consortium is a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) comprised of member and associate member school districts throughout San Diego County. The consortium was formed in 1985 with the goal of pooling purchasing power to result in substantial cost savings by sharing bids, resources, knowledge, networking and compliance with legal requirements. Over time, the consortium has developed into a network of 44 school districts that continue to inspire and support purchasing professionals through a shared commitment towards the future of school business.
